PSI Chartered Member, no. M10726C

Jessica is a graduate of the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology course in Trinity College Dublin and is chartered as a Counselling Psychologist. She is the Clinical Director and co-founder of Diverse Minds Practice. Jessica has extensive experience working with both adults and children, in adult mental health, in-patient CAMHS, a student counselling service, adult in-patient mental health services and primary care, across both public and private sectors. She also has experience providing consultations and assessment for ADHD.

Jessica is trained in several theoretical modalities but has a particular interest and experience in Emotion Focused Therapy for individuals and couples and in psychodynamic psychotherapy. These are two approaches which inform her practice.

Jessica specialises in providing psychological interventions and psychotherapy for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Jessica’s passion for providing support for neurodivergent individuals and their families stems from personal experience. She believes that neurodivergent individuals deserve adequate post-assessment support, as do their families. Through a neuro-affirmative, integrative and holistic approach, Jessica aims to ensure that neurodivergent people and their families are met in a safe and respectful way in the therapeutic space, where they can express themselves in the knowledge that they will be seen, heard and validated.
