Molly Forde-Bates

Senior Assistant Psychologist

Molly is a psychological assistant who has studied, lived and worked across Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands. She graduated from a Master’s programme in Neuropsychology from Maastricht University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National College of Ireland.

Molly has taken special interest in how the brain works and is committed to understanding and supporting a person taking into account their whole experience. Molly uses an integrative approach with clients as she draws on different therapeutic techniques to help them with their needs.

Molly has experience in supporting children, teen and adult mental health with diverse mental health needs in Ireland. She has worked in 1:1 and group settings with neurodivergent children and their families. She then went on to work with neurodivergent adults in helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Molly also has experience conducting neuroaffirmative clinical and neuropsychological assessments in private practice and during her Master's programme. She supported neurodivergent individuals and those who had experienced neurological damage throughout the assessment process.

Molly believes that everybody should feel empowered to live an authentic life in a safe way, and she believes that this should be especially true to those who are neurodivergent.

Molly is a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
