Steph completed her Doctorate in Child, Community, and Educational Psychology at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in 2020 in London. Steph also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Applications of Psychology from Newman University, Birmingham, and she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Dublin Business School.

Steph has worked for Local Authorities and CAMHS in London, gaining experience within complex systems and working within multi-disciplinary teams to support vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Steph has a keen interest in working holistically with organisations to develop their knowledge and practice in supporting and celebrating neurodiversity. Steph also works closely with schools, children, and families to adopt neuroaffirmative approaches to support neurodivergent young people and their families to live more authentically and aligned with their values. Steph is also passionate about trauma-informed practice and places the importance of connection, compassion, and relationships at the core of her practice.
